CoralVue Outlet and Parts Shipping Information

Located in Slidell, Louisiana, CoralVue's warehouse strives to deliver your orders promptly. We partner with well-known carriers like FedEx and USPS to deliver your packages, and we use heavy-duty packaging to protect your products during the shipping process. Processing times may vary depending on the order type, but in case of any delays or out-of-stock items, we will keep you informed. Please note that all orders placed after 1 PM CST will be shipped the following day, and orders placed during national US holidays (and Mardi Gras) will be shipped on the next business day.

Important Details:

  • All orders placed after 1 p.m. CT will be shipped the next business day. 
  • Orders placed during a national US holiday (and Mardi Gras) will be shipped on the next business day.
  • We ship with USPS service unless otherwise requested.
  • Signature service is required ONLY on high-value shipments or if the customer requests.
  • For large freight shipments, we use FedEx Freight (LTL Carrier)

Please report any damages to our office within 48 hours of receiving your products. You can notify us by email ([email protected]) or phone (985-781-9078). Please comply with this requirement to avoid credit denial. 

If your package has been stolen, here are the steps you can take:

  • Start by searching your surroundings. Check behind and under objects, ask your neighbors, contact your apartment office, and search any previous addresses you may have had.
  • Locate the tracking number and check the delivery details. Make sure that the package was delivered and where it was left.
  • Get in touch with customer service and file a report or claim.
    Wait for 36 hours after the expected delivery in case it appears.
  • Contact the shipping carrier as they can work with the retailer directly on the matter.
  • Call the non-emergency line to file a police report. Provide as many details as possible, including photos and video if you have security camera footage.

 

Please note that ALL "Stolen Package" claims submitted to CoralVue require a copy of the police report.

We ship all international orders through FedEx, UPS, or the US Mail service. Please note that the US Mail service is a bit risky and we can only insure the package. If there is any damage, you will have to file a claim with your carrier, which can be a time-consuming process.

For new wholesale international customers, we only accept bank wire transfers for their first order. Please contact your sales representative for more information. Once we establish a good business relationship, we can accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Unfortunately, credit card payments from some countries are not accepted.

Please note that Free Shipping is not available for orders placed from international locations, APO addresses, and the states of HI, PR, and AK.

You can enjoy free shipping as long as your order is worth $50 or more and your shipping address is within the contiguous United States. However, please note that certain items are not eligible for free shipping, including commercial equipment, salt, select heavy or oversized hardscape items, or select sumps and aquariums.
