Terms and Conditions of Outlet and Parts Store Warranty

CoralVue items sold as an open box, closeout, overstock, and refurbished have a 90-day limited warranty. CoralVue guarantees this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days. The warranty is activated on the date of purchase.

 

Please be aware that CoralVue reserves the right to void any warranty if misuse or improper use of the product is found. Examples of such misuse include water damage, saltwater corrosion, salt creep, excessive heat caused by improper installation, electrical surges, power failures, and improper maintenance. CoralVue also reserves the right to void any warranty if improper modifications are made to any skimmer pumps.

 

It is important to report any damages or losses within 72 hours of receiving the product. If the product you received is defective or missing parts, please get in touch with us immediately. Failure to do so may result in denial of warranty claim. We do not accept damaged, used, or incomplete products for refund or credit. If you or your customer encounters any issues with the product, please submit a support ticket at support.coralvue.com to request a return authorization.

 

Returns and Replacements of Outlet and Parts Items Only

If you have any issues with a CoralVue product that is still under warranty, you can get it repaired by CoralVue. To initiate a warranty claim, please submit a support ticket at support.coralvue.com. If a return is necessary, CoralVue will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. It is important to note that you should not send the product back without an RA number.

Replacements
Product replacements are subject to the discretion of the support representative or technician. If a product is found to be defective and requires replacement, it will be replaced with a product of equal value. In case the product is no longer available, CoralVue will provide a similar product with comparable specifications and performance. Depending on the situation, the replacement product may be offered at a discounted or pro-rated price.

Shipping
To ensure a smooth return process, please package the product that you wish to return with peanuts, bubble wrap, or any other reliable packing material. Don't forget to enclose a proof of purchase, a note describing the issue, and your return address details. Once we receive the product, we will repair or replace it as necessary and return it to you promptly. Please note that we ship all items via either FedEx Ground or the US Post Office.
