CoralVue Return Policy Q&A

  • First, verify that you purchased the item(s) from store.coralvue.com. We do not accept returns from third-party retailers. 
  • Contact support.coralvue.com and submit a ticket request to return. To speed up the process, include the original invoice/receipt.
  • A member of our care team will reach out to you within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, no holidays).
  • Please be prepared to supply additional documentation so the care team member can suggest the right course of action. For instance, this may involve addressing the issue via a warranty claim (product repair or exchange) or proceeding with the return procedures to obtain a full refund.
  • Once approved, You will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA/RA) number from the care team member.
  • Properly package the returned item(s) using peanuts, bubble wrap, or any other reliable packing material. Remember to include the proof of purchase, RMA number, and your return address information.
  • Ship the eligible items(s) first-class, prepaid, and insured to:

  • Within 30 days of processing your return, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. This refund will cover the item's price and any applicable sales tax, minus a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping, if applicable.
  • CoralVue does not accept returns on purchases from third-party retailers. Items obtained from these retailers should be returned according to their specific return policies.
  • However, if your product is registered with CoralVue and is still within the warranty period, please submit a ticket at support.coralvue.com. A member of our customer care team will reach out to you with the next steps.

Only items purchased directly through Store.CoralVue.com are eligible for return. Items bought from third-party retailers must be returned according to those retailers' policies.

Returns of full-price and sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of your order date unless the item is marked "Final Sale."

No, "Final Sale" items cannot be returned, exchanged, or subject to price adjustments. Examples of final sale items include:

  • Item(s) shipped internationally
  • CoralVue repair services
  • Outlet or part items that are past the 14-day grace period

Eligible returns must be shipped at the customer's expense. CoralVue does not supply shipping labels for returns.

  • RMA, or Return Merchandise Authorization, is a unique identifier for product returns. Customers must request an RMA number from CoralVue before returning a product and include it with the return to facilitate processing. RMA numbers enable businesses to track return statuses and prevent fraud by ensuring all returns are authorized.
  • Submit a ticket at support.coralvue.com and include a copy of the original receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a copy of the paid receipt.

Price adjustments will be honored within seven (7) days of the original purchase date and refunded in the original form of payment. Only full-price item(s) can receive price adjustments and are subject to approval from the customer care team. Discounted items such as open box, overstock, closeout, and refurbished items cannot receive price adjustments.

  • If inventory permits and we are notified within 72 hours of receiving the product, we can send a replacement for a defective product. However, you'll need to provide detailed documentation to show the defect, and the item may even need to be returned to CoralVue at your expense.
  • Given the unique nature of the CoralVue Outlet Store, exchanging open box, overstock, refurbished, or closeout products that are still under warranty may not be feasible due to limited inventory. Therefore, we may issue a full refund instead, pending approval from our customer care team.
